I would just like to thank you for the fantastic service that we received from you when we purchased our twin pram and twin buggie back in July 2007. Your help and advice was second to none from the first time we made contact with you over the phone, and when we made the specific journey to your shop in Hoylake one weekend, we knew our time had not been wasted and the 5 hour journey had been well worth it. When looking for a pram for our twins we realised what a minefield it was and we were extremely grateful for the knowledge and wealth of experience you demonstrated and you have not proved us wrong as both purchases have been excellent (and also positively well commented upon!). I wouldn't hesitate to contact you again with a view to making a future purchase (as shown by coming back to you for a pram raincover!) and the friendliness and courtesy of all those whom I spoke with in the shop, including yourself, is few and far between and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Nothing is too much trouble and it is very evident that this is a successful family run business.
