Dear Babylicious

I just wanted to take a minute to review my purchase with babylicious and with Ian specifically.

I was expecting a baby and wanted the "perfect" pram but didnt know which one that was. Ian, from babylicious, helped me SO much over numerous emails and even on the phone. He was so knowledgeable and was able to help me choose what pram was right for me. He was really enthusiastic and also very engaging, making the decision really fun.

I ended up choosing the emmaljunga city cross and I couldnt be happier. It is the "perfect" pram for our family. The quality and the the features make it stand out above any other one I looked at.

I would not hesitate to shop with Ian again. In fact I look forward to it!

I would just like to thank you for the fantastic service that we received from you when we purchased our twin pram and twin buggie back in July 2007. Your help and advice was second to none from the first time we made contact with you over the phone, and when we made the specific journey to your shop in Hoylake one weekend, we knew our time had not been wasted and the 5 hour journey had been well worth it. When looking for a pram for our twins we realised what a minefield it was and we were extremely grateful for the knowledge and wealth of experience you demonstrated and you have not proved us wrong as both purchases have been excellent (and also positively well commented upon!).

I wouldn't hesitate to contact you again with a view to making a future purchase (as shown by coming back to you for a pram raincover!) and the friendliness and courtesy of all those whom I spoke with in the shop, including yourself, is few and far between and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Nothing is too much trouble and it is very evident that this is a successful family run business. I'm sure we will speak again!

Just writing to say i ordered a twin pram using the online service and found it to be excellent. The pram (twin premier)arrived within 3 days compared to many sites listing it as 4-6wks and had an extremely good price. Yes it is heavy and yes it is very large but then it is a twin pram and once its all fitted together its surprisingly easy to handle.

I am already recommending the site to friends who are expecting little ones as the service was excellent and exactly as described online.

Thank you very much as it had taken 8 months to find any where with this twin pram without a long delivery period or simply no longer stocked.
